Organizational Flag, US Army ROTC Cadet Command. The image above illustrates the flag of an ROTC Region; the flag for the Command as a whole is the same but without the scroll above the badge (which is the ROTC shoulder sleeve insignia) Cadet Command manages the college/university-based Reserve Officer Training Corps program, which actually produces the bulk of the Army's commissioned officers.

Senior (college-level) Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) companies of programs that are not branch-oriented have yellow guidons with the ROTC shoulder sleeve insignia between the battalion number and the company letter.
